As an Industrial Operations Leader for our Rolling Stock Product Line, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational and industrial performance of our manufacturing site in Ballarat, VIC. You will lead strategic planning, production management, quality assurance, and team leadership, ensuring alignment with business objectives for safety, efficiency, and sustainability.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A tertiary engineering degree, preferably in mechanical, electrical, or supply chain disciplines.\
  • A proven track record in a similar role, demonstrating leadership in industrialization within the railway or adjacent industries.\
  • Proactive and strategic thinking with strong collaborative skills, capable of coaching and mentoring others.\
  • Understanding of continuous improvement practices and methodologies.\
  • The ability to effectively resolve operational and technical issues, ensuring smooth project execution.\
  • Extensive industrial operations experience at a project or site management level within a manufacturing environment.\
  • Excellent people management, leadership, communication, and presentation skills.\
