Role Overview

This role is focused on supporting individuals in achieving their employment goals and providing them with the necessary tools and support to sustain their jobs.

  • Deliver tailored support to participants and employers to address issues affecting ongoing employment.
  • Maintain regular contact with participants to monitor progress and offer guidance.
  • Develop and review Employment plans that reflect on-the-job training and support needs.
  • Assist with workplace adjustments, assessments or modifications as required.
  • Refer participants to services addressing non-vocational barriers to ongoing work.
  • Maintain accurate case notes and compliance records.
  • Contribute to continuous program improvement and a participant-first culture.
About You
  • Passionate about supporting people with disabilities or disadvantages in employment.
  • Strong communicator with positive relationships skills.
  • Organised, proactive, and adaptable with excellent time management skills.
  • Knowledge of employee/employer rights, WHS, and vocational/non-vocational support needs.
  • Tech-savvy with administration and compliance system confidence.
Key Skills & Qualifications

Essential

  • Previous experience in employment services, recruitment, or related support roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement plans for sustained employment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Current driver's license.

Desirable

  • Qualification in Community Services, Disability, or Training & Assessment.
  • Experience in disability support or related human services.
  • Knowledge of the local labour market.
