Job Title: IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled IT support specialist to provide technical assistance to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex IT issues in a Windows environment.

You will work closely with clients to understand their IT needs and provide tailored solutions. Your strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team will enable you to deliver exceptional results.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop a strong foundation in IT support while gaining hands-on experience working with industry-leading technologies such as Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure, and SharePoint.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Level 2 support to clients, troubleshooting and resolving complex IT issues in a Windows environment.
  • Manage and support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure, and SharePoint environments.
  • Configure and troubleshoot networking equipment, including routers and switches.
Requirements:
  • Australian Citizenship / Permanent Residency.
  • Proven experience in a Level 1/2 Support role, preferably within an MSP environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft suite (365, Active Directory, Azure, SharePoint).
