Care Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Specialist to join our team. As a Care Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing daily living assistance, companionship, and emotional support to residents living in our care home.
Key Responsibilities:- Daily Living Assistance: Providing support with showering, personal hygiene, dressing, mealtime assistance, and mobility.
- Medication and Wound Care: Assisting with medication management and simple wound dressings.
- Community Involvement: Supporting residents in community-based recreational and social activities.
- A Certificate III/IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 1 year experience in aged care.
- Previous experience in aged or community care, or a passion to begin your career in aged care if you're studying or have recently become qualified.
