Job Title: Regional Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Business Development Manager to join our team at GPT GROUP. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing new business opportunities across our retail assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive revenue growth and new business opportunities.
  • Manage key stakeholder relationships, including with Regional General Managers, Centre Managers, Leasing and Development teams.
  • Proactively manage sales pipeline and implement strategies to deliver conversion.
  • Work closely with the media team to devise strategies to drive local market media revenue.
  • Take responsibility for budget and accountability for monthly reporting and forecasting of all income lines.
  • Lead key projects that deliver exceptional customer experiences, generate revenue, and achieve operational efficiencies.
Requirements:
  • Significant prior experience in sales or business development with a proven track record of generating new business income.
  • Strong team leadership skills and ability to motivate, manage, and develop a passionate team.
  • Self-motivated and solution-focused with ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Meticulous financial management and budgeting skills.
