Intake Specialist

We are seeking a mental health intake clinician to support the admissions operations at our clinics.
The OpportunityThis is an exciting opportunity for a registered nurse or allied health professional, preferably with intake experience. You will work closely with psychiatrists, GP's and other external referrers, ensuring compliance and effective risk management processes. This role is a fundamental part of our patient's journey, as it oversees the first point of contact.
Key Responsibilities- Provide professional, compassionate and timely responses to all enquires
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth patient flow
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Current registration with AHPRA as a registered nurse/allied health professional
- Minimum two (2) years' post-graduate experience
- Experience in mental health intake services preferred
- Post-graduate qualifications in mental health highly regarded
