We are seeking an experienced Business Intake Specialist to join our Risk and Legal Excellence team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver timely and actionable insights to the Business Intake Manager and senior leadership based on daily business intake operations
  • Conduct complex risk assessments including AML/CFT evaluations, KYC/CDD reviews, and conflicts analyses to support sound client and matter acceptance decisions
Job Requirements:
  • AML/CFT, KYC/CDD process experience and knowledge of compliance risk platforms such as Intapp
  • Detailed understanding of AML/CFT requirements, conflicts rules, and risks associated with legal services
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise confidently with partners, lawyers, and business services teams
  • Proven problem-solving skills with a methodical and practical approach
