New Business and Partnerships Lead

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in a role that combines strategy development with business marketing and sales.

  1. Contribute to the strategic development of creative work to meet client needs and address their problems by providing sound and responsible marketing advice and planning, innovator and influencer level communications, and a consistently superior creative product.
  2. Provide market research, analyses, and insights into latest industry trends, messaging, and influencers to maximise our strategic contribution and subject matter expertise.
  3. Plan, facilitate, and document outcomes for workshops and focus groups.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Secure new clients for our agency, increase sales opportunities, and maximise revenue.
  2. Gather information about prospects that fit client criteria and develop propositions for attracting those prospects to the business.
  3. Maintain and grow existing client relationships and develop new ones through effective communication, relationship management, and a proactive approach to identifying strategic business opportunities.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and lead GOZER's strategic client relationships and new business acquisition.
  • Report to the agency's directors in a highly collaborative and team-oriented environment.
  • Act as an outward-facing thought leader to build and grow awareness of the agency.
  • Help to maintain and grow GOZER's business and client base on an ongoing and project basis.
