Strategic Partnerships Role

Join a pioneering team where you will play a pivotal role in supporting the health and wellbeing of individuals arriving in Australia through key partnerships.

This dynamic position involves managing and growing a portfolio of employer partnerships, ensuring they are equipped to meet their health requirements. You will act as a trusted advisor, coordinating the delivery of health literacy workshops and webinars that help members navigate Australia's healthcare system.

This is an opportunity to combine strategic account management with meaningful community impact, driving sustainable business growth while improving member health outcomes.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and grow a portfolio of employer partnerships across various industries, including Agriculture, Hospitality, Fisheries, and Aged Care.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to employers and their international workforce, providing expert guidance on health requirements.
  • Coordinate the delivery of health literacy workshops and webinars, empowering members to navigate Australia's complex healthcare system.
  • Balance strategic account management with hands-on delivery and community-focused prioritization.
  • Travel regularly across regional and remote Australia to connect with employers and members on the ground.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • You are an experienced account or partnerships manager with a passion for building strong, trust-based relationships.
  • You possess excellent communication skills, able to present to diverse audiences and tailor your message to suit cultural and language differences.
  • You are proactive, commercially minded, and thrive in a role that blends strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
  • You are open to regular travel across regional and remote Australia to connect with employers and members on the ground.
  • You are flexible in your working day and able to support community-driven prioritization.
  • You have a deep understanding of the international visitor or private health insurance market, or are eager to learn and grow in this space.
  • You are experienced with Salesforce or other CRM tools.
