Sales Growth Specialist

We're seeking an Account Manager to join our APAC Retail team at Lightspeed. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing inbound sales for our retail stores in the APAC market.
Your role will involve working closely with a large range of merchants to build rapport, understand their objectives, and provide solutions that add value to the customer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their requirements and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Build trust and rapport with customers through active listening and effective communication.
- Guide customers through their upgrade path from basic platforms to more advanced platforms.
- Demonstrate software solutions to customers, including core POS products, modules, and upgrades.
- Responsible for reactive upsell from inbound sales and expansion of monthly recurring revenue.
Requirements:
You will be part of a supportive and collaborative team that celebrates individual success. We're looking for someone with:
- Experience in account management, sales development, or a similar role with a sales quota.
- Understanding of solution-based consultative sales in a SaaS environment.
- Ability to use Salesforce.com and other technologies to manage and organize pipeline.
- Entrepreneurial approach, working smarter not harder.
- Good time management and strong organizational skills.
