We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Sales Growth Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with our senior management to develop opportunities across our existing customer base and uncover new business prospects.

Your primary focus will be on customer experience, developing strong relationships with our clients and providing them with industry-leading technical solutions that meet their business needs. You will also have access to in-house technical experts and cutting-edge technology to position market-leading solutions to your customers.


Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in sales within either a network/systems integrator; managed services provider; or vendor capacity.
  • A proven track record in selling solutions across data security and networking technologies.
  • Experience selling professional services and managed services.
  • A demonstrated ability to articulate technical concepts and align them with client needs.
  • Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Benefits

As a Sales Growth Specialist at Sparx Solutions, you can expect a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $70,000 - $90,000, plus commission, superannuation, and bonus. You will also enjoy annual salary reviews, performance bonuses, and incentives.

Sparx Solutions offers a competitive salary package of up to $140,000 OTE (On-Target Earnings), which includes a base salary of $70,000 - $90,000, plus commission, superannuation, and bonus.
