Sales Growth Specialist

Podium, a leading provider of AI-powered lead conversion platforms, is seeking an experienced Sales Growth Specialist to join its team in Australia. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Estimated Salary: AU$80,000 - AU$120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus uncapped commissions.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for growing existing customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and providing value-based solutions to customers. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive expansion revenue and ensure timely and accurate forecasts.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to grow small business accounts and uncover new opportunities from existing customers and target accounts.
- Build deep relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions using Podium's range of products and services.
- Provide regular forecasts and clear visibility on sales and revenue performance by actively managing the pipeline of opportunities and weekly sales forecasts.
- Conduct warm handoffs with Account Executives as new customers join the portfolio.
- Be a product expert and understand all setup requirements for each product and application to drive value.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of CX/CS experience, ideally with some experience in closing revenue, either through expansion or new business.
- Deep understanding of the marketing technology industry and key players.
- Some account management experience, including identifying at-risk customers, driving product adoption, and usage, and activating existing clients.
- Able to thrive in a constantly changing and evolving work environment.
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills.
- Great problem-solving skills, taking a consultative approach to finding the best solution.
