Compliance Specialist for Governance and Risk Management

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Compliance Specialist to join our team at TR3 Recruitment. This role involves working collaboratively with our clients, specifically a not-for-profit boutique aged care organisation located in Adelaide, to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and manage compliance-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting the Head of Governance and Compliance in maintaining the Quality and Compliance functions of the business
  • Performing compliance-related administrative tasks and providing administrative support
  • Fulfilling internal and external auditing responsibilities, and reporting

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with key stakeholders across the business to identify areas of improvement and contribute to the organisation's mission. You will be part of a supportive organisation that offers not-for-profit salary sacrifice, making it an ideal role for a strong Administrator who is proficient with systems and processes.

About You
  • You will possess strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to compliance and governance
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work independently and within a team
  • Proficient in handling sensitive material and maintaining confidentiality of information
