About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technology Risk Management Leader to join our Group Risk team. As a key member of our risk management framework, you will provide independent oversight and challenge of technology risk across the organization. Your expertise will help us identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the integrity and security of our systems and data.

Your Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Monitor and assess technology risk across the organization, ensuring alignment with our risk appetite and strategy.">
  • Oversee and challenge technology, cyber, and data risk management, including the design and implementation of controls and managing risk in change.">
  • Provide independent views on residual risk exposure, adherence to risk frameworks, policies, and regulatory requirements.">
  • Escalate technology, cyber, and data risk matters to appropriate governance forums.">
  • Oversee technology issue, incident, and breach management.">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • Extensive experience in technology risk management, preferably in a large, complex, highly regulated organization.">
  • Strong knowledge of industry cybersecurity standards, such as NIST, Essential 8, ISO 27000, and PCI DSS.">
  • Able to identify risks and pivot resources and delivery approach accordingly.">
  • Strong understanding of governance and experience in stakeholder management.">
  • Demonstrated success in influencing and leading others.">
