Salary

We offer an estimated salary range of $120,000 to $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and performance. In addition, our uncapped commission structure allows sales professionals to earn hundreds of thousands of dollars in commissions.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Senior Sales Executive - Heavy Machinery. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, identifying new business opportunities, and building relationships with existing customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets;
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop leads through market research and networking;
  • Buid and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention;
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and installation of equipment;
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions through our CRM system.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in capital equipment sales, preferably in the construction, civil, mining or government sectors;
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong relationships with customers;
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills;
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
