We are seeking an experienced Thoroughbred Racing Professional to join our team.

This role involves working with younger thoroughbreds, developing their racing skills through gallops and pace work.

  • Riding and educating young thoroughbreds in the early stages of race development
  • Collaborating with trainers, veterinarians, and other team members to ensure horses are progressing as expected
  • Horse husbandry responsibilities include general care and maintenance

To be successful, you must demonstrate:

  • At least 1 year's experience in a similar role
  • Strong riding ability and excellent horsemanship
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Current driver's license is required (a M.R License would be highly regarded)
  • Current Track Work Licence

This is a full-time position ideal for someone looking for a long-term career commitment.
