Thoroughbred Racing Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our Pre-Training facility based in Seymour, Victoria.

This is a full-time position ideally suited to someone looking for a long-term commitment to a premium brand.

Your duties will include:

  • Riding and educating young thoroughbreds through their early stages of race development.
  • Collaborating with trainers, veterinarians, and other team members to ensure horses progress.
  • All aspects of horse care and management.

To be successful, you must demonstrate:

  • At least 1 year's experience as a racing professional
  • Strong riding ability and excellent equine handling skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team.
  • A valid driver's license (a MR License would be advantageous).
  • A current Track Work License.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for horse racing and a desire to contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
