Family Case Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate professional to provide intensive case management and innovative outreach support to vulnerable families. The selected candidate will work closely with families who have infants under the age of 3 years, involved with Child Protection.
Key Responsibilities:- Undertake in-home assessments to understand family dynamics and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop creative interventions tailored to each family's unique needs, learning style, and level of skill.
- Prepare high-quality reports for Child Protection and Courts, highlighting progress and recommendations.
- Strong background in social work, child development, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in report writing and data analysis.
