Culturally Sensitive Family Case Manager

This position involves working as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide casework and case management services to families. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of family violence frameworks and be able to assess risks, needs, and safety for families.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide casework and case management services to families with complex needs.
- Develop and implement individualized plans to support families in achieving their goals.
- Work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure a comprehensive response to the needs of families.
- Conduct thorough assessments of family situations to identify risks and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in social work, child development, psychology, or a related field.
- Have relevant experience in casework and case management with culturally diverse families.
- Be skilled in assessing risks, needs, and safety for families.
- Have knowledge of contemporary family violence frameworks and be able to apply this knowledge in practice.
