Family Services Case Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Services Practitioner to join our team in Southern Melbourne.
This full-time fixed term position will involve providing casework within the Family & Community Programs, specifically within the Family Preservation & Reunification team.
Key responsibilities include offering direct case management to families with complex needs and working collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.
To succeed, you will have a strong background in casework and case management, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A Bachelor's degree in social work, child development, psychology, or a related field
- Relevant experience may be considered
You should also have an understanding of contemporary family violence frameworks, knowledge of child development, and skills in assessing risks, needs, and safety for families.
