Job Overview

As a HSE Professional, you will play a key role in ensuring the safe and healthy working environment for projects. With over 24 years of experience in civil construction, we pride ourselves on delivering large-scale projects with complex technical requirements.

Your Role

You will be responsible for supporting project teams in implementing and maintaining a robust health, safety, and environmental management system. This includes providing training and coaching to site workers and management to promote a positive safety culture and identify potential hazards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and review Project HSE Management Plans, including Emergency Response Plans
  • Facilitate toolbox meetings and use project-specific topics to address local HSE issues
  • Consult with workers to improve HSE on site
  • Coach and influence site workers and management on hazard and risk management tools
  • Conduct incident investigations and perform HSE inspections with site personnel
  • Monitor and review HSE registers and support injury management on site
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role in large-scale Civil Construction or infrastructure projects
  • Formal OSH qualifications such as Cert IV or Diploma
  • Cert 4 in Training and Assessment (an advantage)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
