Between Paulsens and Kal East Gold Operation ramping up, with a project pipeline that is robust and exploration activity that is rapidly occurring across our tenements, inroads are being made to our company vision of being a multi-operation gold producer.

The position is FIFO from Perth, Darwin, or Broome to site or DIDO from Onslow, Exmouth, Karratha, or Dampier. Paulsens is located in the Ashburton Basin of the Eastern Pilbara region, 211kms inland east of Onslow and 180km west of Paraburdoo. Flights are to Onslow or Paraburdoo, then a two-hour journey to site.

Roster is 15/13, day shift only.

About the Opportunity

As our HSE Advisor, you will foster a strong safety culture on site by supporting health, safety, and environmental systems across the Paulsens operation. You will provide expert advice, ensure compliance with regulations and licences, and manage reporting, sampling and monitoring, and environmental data to drive safe and sustainable practices.

About You

  • Qualifications in Occupational Health and Safety or a related discipline.
  • Experience in a similar position, within the mining industry with an understanding of mining and minerals processing operations, preferably gold.
  • Sound understanding in risk management, safety and health systems and legislative and statutory requirements, particularly the Work Health and Safety Act 2020 and Regulations (Mines) 2022.
  • Experience in facilitation of risk management processes and incident-investigation processes (ICAM).
  • Familiarity with INX database (InControl).
