About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electronic Health Transformation Leader to join our team at Eastern Health.
Role Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the transformation of our electronic health systems, working closely with stakeholders from clinical and administrative areas. This is a key leadership role that requires strong change management skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to drive organisational change.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of electronic health projects, ensuring successful adoption and integration into existing systems.
- Develop and implement effective change management strategies to engage diverse stakeholders and drive organisational change.
- Provide strategic guidance on the development and implementation of electronic health initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address business needs and workflow improvements.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale change initiatives within healthcare settings.
- Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and influence others.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies, including planning, organising, and executing change initiatives.
- Ability to deal effectively with senior managers, clinical staff, and other healthcare professionals.
