About the role
This role is a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic team in leading optimisations and enhancements to support clinical workflow within the EMR platform at Eastern Health.
About you
**To be successful in this role you will possess**:
Healthcare, Information Technology or Information Management professional degree qualification or equivalent work experience (e.g. Medical Practitioner, Nursing, Allied Health, Information Technology or Information Management, etc.).
Experience in working in a complex project environment, ideally in a healthcare or hospital setting.
Proven leadership and experience in design, configuration, testing and troubleshooting Oracle Cerner Millennium with the ability to seek advice and direction from technical experts.
Experience and a record of success in liaising and communicating with key project stakeholders at all levels, with effective stated outcomes.
Sound understanding of healthcare data / reporting and experience with data analytics at various stages of an implementation of a major transformational project
High level of computer literacy, especially with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Project to produce professional documentation and presentations
Proven ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing, in a clear, concise and logical and effective manner.
Demonstrated ability to manage a number of concurrent tasks and shift priorities quickly to adapt to changes in the work environment.
Budget/financial management skills
Current valid Driver’s License
