**Mental Health Clinician - Case Manager**- Permanent Part-Time | Secondment will be considered for internal staff-

- As a mental health clinician, you will partner with consumers, carers, families and other service providers to provide high-quality assessment, intensive case management and discipline-specific mental health assessment, treatment, consultation and community linkage services within a recovery-oriented model of care.**About you**
- To succeed in this role, you will possess qualifications as a Registered Nurse, Clinical Psychologist, Social Worker, or Occupational Therapist with appropriate registration and experience as outlined in position description.- To be successful in this role, you will possess:- Relevant registrations for your discipline/Current registration with AHPRA/eligibility for membership of AASW-
- Sound theoretical knowledge of clinical assessment and interventions in mental health.-
- Demonstrated commitment to and ability to practice utilising the recovery approach in mental health treatment and support-
- A solid commitment to high-quality care-
- The ability to work as part of a diverse team-
