**About the role**

The eHealth Change and Training Lead is responsible for leading the change and training activities for one or multiple eHealth Projects. The successful applicant will have close working relationships with a range of key stakeholders from clinical and administrative areas within each project. The role will report directly to the eHealth Program Manager.

**About you**
To be successful in this role you will possess:

- Demonstrated experience in managing change within healthcare settings, particularly in implementing electronic medical record systems.
- Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools, with a proven ability to lead and facilitate organisational change.
- Ability to effectively engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, administrators, IT teams, and end-users, to drive successful change adoption.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and influence others at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies, including planning, organizing, and executing change initiatives within specified timelines and budget constraints.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify potential barriers to change, develop mitigation strategies, and assess the impact of change on business processes and workflows.
- Ability to deal effectively with, and develop and maintain good relationships with senior managers, clinical staff, other healthcare staff and the project team Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing circumstances and effectively managing resistance to change.Vaccination against infectious disease is a mandatory requirement of this role. An offer of employment is conditional on you providing evidence that you are currently vaccinated against COVID-19 with booster & Influenza, prior to commencing employment.
