Job Title: Learning Program Coordinator
Description:
The role involves supporting the planning and scheduling of complex learning programs, providing exceptional customer service in resolving learner enquiries, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing opportunities for service delivery improvement across all areas of learning operations.
Key responsibilities include continuously improving processes, systems, and knowledge base, participating in regular quality and compliance assessments, working collaboratively in diverse structures with multiple stakeholders, adapting to dynamic environments, and leveraging skills using Excel, CRM systems, and other learning management systems.

- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to work collaboratively in diverse structures
