Program Manager, Learning & Development Specialist

 

About the Role

This is a key position that plays a crucial role in executing strategies for learning and development initiatives. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for driving forward-looking opportunities and contributing to reporting on training activities.

 

Main Responsibilities
  • Analyzing Business Problems: You will analyze business problems with a focus on understanding root causes and drive forward-looking opportunities.
  • Reporting and Data Analysis: Contribute to reporting on training activities and analyze data to drive results and learning effectiveness.
  • Innovative Learning Solutions: Work strategically with L&D leaders to identify innovative learning solutions.
  • Adherence to Standards: Drive adherence to standard learning solutions and gather feedback from operational teams.
  • Communication Strategies: Create and manage communication strategies for promoting key training processes.
  • Leader-Facing Training Programs: Develop leader-facing training programs with a high focus on technical skills and development.

 

Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years of program or project management experience.
  • Cross-Functional Experience: 3+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
  • Data-Driven Initiatives: Experience defining process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced Excel and SQL skills.
