The Learning Designer will play a pivotal role in shaping the learning strategy for the organization.
Working closely with a talented team, you will design and develop high-quality learning programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge.
You will analyze organizational training requirements to identify skills and knowledge gaps.
- Design innovative learning modules that align with the organization's goals.
- Review existing curriculum to ensure it meets organizational needs.
- Analyze training requirements and liaise with departments to evaluate skills gaps.
- Assist in refreshing participant and Facilitator Guides and materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing strategic learning plans to address organizational needs.
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to evaluate skills gaps.
- Designing engaging learning experiences that enhance employee knowledge.
- Refreshing existing learning materials to ensure they meet organizational standards.
Requirements:
- Expertise in learning program design, implementation, and evaluation.
- Capability to design and develop high-quality learning programs.
- Experience using Learning Management Systems and developing online courses.
- Project management skills to coordinate learning activities.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
