Purpose of the Role

The Learning Specialist will lead the design, development, and delivery of engaging blended learning experiences across a suite of learning programs. You'll apply contemporary instructional design principles and adult learning theory to create effective, accessible, and impactful learning solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and develop modules for facilitator-led and eLearning programs, including facilitator guides, participant guides, eLearning modules, assessments, and supporting materials.
  • Conduct workshops with key stakeholders and subject matter experts for content gathering and needs analysis.
  • Prepare storyboards and develop eLearning modules and resources for instructor-led delivery.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and L&D teams to ensure content is accurate and relevant.
  • Evaluate learning outcomes and refine solutions to drive continuous improvement.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as an end-to-end learning specialist on blended learning projects.
  • Strong skills in Articulate 360 (Rise, Storyline), Vyond, Camtasia, and other multimedia tools.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Desirable: InDesign experience, RTO exposure, and H5P.
