About the Role

The Learning Support Consultant plays a vital role in facilitating the delivery of learning initiatives across various organizations. This involves adopting project management principles to ensure effective resource allocation and planning for optimal learning program outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination: Manage and track budget spend, adhering to project guidelines and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Venue Sourcing: Locate suitable training venues based on business requirements and budget constraints.
  • Forecast Planning: Plan ahead, considering geographical locations, to minimize participant travel and optimize learning outcomes.
  • Communication Management: Coordinate relevant communication between stakeholders and participants, ensuring seamless information exchange.
  • Enrolment Management: Effectively manage enrolments via Learning Management Systems, streamlining the learning process.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Manage and collate reporting, ensuring compliance with legislative, regulatory, and corporate policy requirements within predetermined timeframes.
  • Event Planning: Prepare invitations to participants, guest speakers, and senior business leaders, monitoring registration of attendees and ensuring smooth event execution.
  • Supplier Sourcing: Source appropriate suppliers for deliverables, such as catering, program materials, and audio-visual equipment.
  • Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all legislative, regulatory, and corporate policy requirements and standards, mitigating potential risks.

    About You

    You will have excellent planning and organizational skills, an exceptional attention to detail, and a strong customer-focused mindset. Ability to work and deliver to challenging deadlines within a changing environment is essential. Experience using online webinar technology and working with Learning Management Systems is advantageous. Strong business and commercial acumen, understanding of business drivers, and ability to build strong stakeholder relationships are also crucial.

    This role requires solid planning, budgeting, reporting, and management skills to deliver fast and successful business outcomes.
