Job Description:

We are seeking an Education Operations Specialist to support and enable Australia's technology education across all sectors through education operations management that empowers learners, professionals, employers, schools, and government to build digital capabilities and career pathways.

The ideal candidate will execute education operations tasks and administration across ACS learning programs that enable students, graduates, technology learners, and organisations to navigate pathways, build capabilities, and achieve professional development and employment outcomes.

This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for supporting educational initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the scheduling and logistics of education programs
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure program goals are met
  • Monitor program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
  • Provide support to educators and students as needed
  • Manage program budgets and expenses

Requirements:

  • Associate degree in Education or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in education program management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience with learning management systems is a plus
  • Passion for learning and technology
  • Australian work rights
