Job Title: Learning Program Specialist

The role of the Capability and Learning Consultant plays an integral part in enabling the organization to manage its financial crime risks effectively. This is achieved through the development and implementation of learning programs that are tailored to meet the needs of various teams across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop and deliver face-to-face and digital learning tools that cater to diverse learning styles.
  • Maintain currency in relation to evolving learning content and practices to ensure that learning resources remain contemporary and relevant.
  • Review, refine and adjust learning content, materials and resources based on quality assurance and subject matter expert feedback.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in designing, delivering and evaluating learning programs with a focus on adult learners.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • A well-developed risk mindset with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks associated with learning programs.
  • A passion for learning and development with a commitment to staying up-to-date with industry best practices.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of training methodologies, principles and processes with a focus on learner-centric approaches.
  • Familiarity with AML/CTF and Sanctions obligations aligned to regulatory requirements.
