As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our products and services, managing key accounts, and supporting clients with technical solutions across the mining and civil industries.
You will work both independently and collaboratively, engaging with internal stakeholders and external partners such as consulting engineers, decision-makers, and industry associations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive sales support to key customers and industry stakeholders.
- Deliver technical support and customer training on product applications.
- Identify, engage, and build relationships with key decision-makers and influencers involved in the specification and selection of admixtures.
- Manage customer complaints and resolve on-site issues promptly and professionally.
- Represent our organization at industry events, product trials, demonstrations, and trade shows.
- Work collaboratively with the wider sales team to promote the full product range, maximizing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Collaborate regularly with customer service and technical support teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer requirements.
- Actively seek opportunities to specify our products in projects with key customers, consultants, engineers, and contractors.
We are seeking an individual with the following skills and qualifications:
- Outgoing personality with excellent relationship-building skills.
- Strong practical sense and problem-solving abilities.
- Understanding of the construction industry and processes.
- Sales experience.
- Knowledge of Salesforce would be an advantage but not essential.
- Ability to work closely with a supportive team and willingness to undergo training.
- Positive outlook, good work ethic, and ability to build relationships.
- Must be able to successfully complete a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening.
