This is an exciting opportunity for a recent science graduate or early-career professional to kickstart their sales journey. As a Graduate Total Account Manager, you will be part of a dynamic and high-performing sales team focused on delivering complete solutions to customers through our Total Account Management approach.
Key Responsibilities:- Support existing customer relationships and identify new business opportunities with account managers.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs, promote tailored solutions, and drive commercial outcomes.
- Assist with sales processes including quoting, lead generation, and contract renewals.
- Drive sales of analytical instruments, consumables, and service contracts.
- Support telesales and inside sales activities targeting untapped and high-potential accounts.
In this role, you will gain first-hand experience in solution-based selling, customer interaction, and business development, supported by structured training, mentorship, and ongoing professional development.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Science, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
- Up to 1-2 years of professional experience (including internships, part-time, or graduate roles).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine interest in customer engagement.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow in a commercial environment.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to build lasting relationships with customers.
