Job Opportunity: Continuous Improvement Specialist

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Strategy and Transformation Team as a Continuous Improvement Specialist. In this exciting 12-month role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organisation by driving process and service improvements.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and facilitating continuous improvement projects that deliver agreed business and customer benefits. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to develop tools, templates, and guidelines that support a culture of continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have experience in leading the development of customer-centric continuous improvement methodologies, capabilities, and practices in a service organisation. They will also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to elicit process and service information from key stakeholders and report writing skills.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing and implementing continuous improvement strategies and initiatives
  • Leading cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to develop and implement training programs
  • Designing and implementing metrics and reporting systems to track progress
