Lean Manufacturing Facilitator

The Bega Group is seeking a talented and experienced individual to support the growth of our lean manufacturing culture.

As a key member of our team, you will provide guidance through Lean processes and facilitate the implementation of our Excellence operating system.

This role is ideal for someone with a passion for process improvement and a strong understanding of Lean principles and practices.

  • Support the development of site capability through training and coaching of our excellence processes and tools
  • Develop tools and templates to assist in the successful implementation of our excellence on site
  • Facilitate and coach our excellence process at various levels
  • Work with our CI Leader to create a Zero Loss Mindset in plant
  • Identify opportunities for development and improvement through monitoring and auditing processes
  • Lead and participate in improvement projects across various functions
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Lean Six Sigma yellow or green belt certification
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with ability to coach and train others
  • Experience using various Lean & Six sigma tools like structured problem-solving techniques and root cause analysis
  • Ability to facilitate change and create buy-in
  • Comfortable with using MS Office suite and Minitab/Power BI an advantage
