Job Role: Senior Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of strategic initiatives and lead operational excellence across departments.
  • Drive customer site performance through data-driven insights and proactive solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Lead process improvements aligned with lean transformation objectives to enhance stability and accelerate continuous improvement.
  • Mentor team members and foster a collaborative culture, promoting knowledge sharing and innovation.
  • Develop and execute RMR projects from concept to completion, prioritizing customer needs and business outcomes.
  • Represent the team in customer meetings and presentations, effectively translating technical information into actionable strategies.
  • Collaborate with service teams to embed lean principles and support organizational transformation.
  • Communicate transparently across all levels, ensuring alignment on performance and improvement actions.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, operations management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in leadership or second-in-command roles, with a track record of strategic thinking and team development.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, preferably with formal training in Lean Six Sigma or equivalent methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) to support decision-making.
  • Experience in managing projects from concept through to completion, with familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Customer-facing experience, with the ability to translate customer needs into operational solutions.
