Job Title: Process Excellence Specialist

This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence and process optimisation. As a Process Excellence Specialist, you will lead the standardisation and enhancement of Procure to Pay (P2P) processes across business units and ERP systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Standardise and implement P2P processes across ERPs and sites.
  • Maintain a governed, version-controlled central process repository.
  • Align frameworks with global process owners and governance standards.
  • Enhance reporting capabilities and actionable insights.
  • Lead training and change management to embed new processes and support continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Extensive P2P experience, ideally within FMCG, with strong process design and governance expertise.
  • Working knowledge of SAP/M3 and process mapping tools like Visio.
  • Skilled in automation and digital transformation (e.g., UiPath).
  • Strong analytical and project management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
