Salary:

A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per annum reflects the seniority and complexity of this role.

Job Description:

  • Mentor and lead a team of three Business Analysts to achieve strategic goals and objectives.
  • Engage with Senior stakeholders across the business to translate complex problems into actionable technical requirements.
  • Create and utilise artefacts such as BA practice methodologies, requirements templates, process diagrams, journey maps, change and communication plans, and agile practices.
  • Advocate for and implement better business analysis disciplines within the wider business and technology team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated recent experience in a similar position within the insurance industry.
  • Experience leading and mentoring a team of Business Analysts.
  • Strong exposure to Agile practices, including MS Tools (SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft 365) and Atlassian Toolset (Confluence, JIRA).
  • Knowledge and understanding of policy administration, underwriting workflow, and claims systems and processes.
  • Experience with business system and process analysis, with a strong systems mindset, including all aspects of the BA value stream and solutions development lifecycle.
