The successful candidate will provide project leadership in the implementation, adoption, and realisation of benefits from our digital transformation initiatives, leveraging AI and technology to drive organisational success.

We're looking for someone with relevant tertiary qualifications, proven experience in process improvement, and a track record of delivering digital transformation projects in CRM, HRIS, or ERP systems. A natural problem solver with excellent attention to detail, you'll manage commitments and conflicting priorities effectively, collaborating closely with internal teams and external delivery partners.

Key responsibilities include managing multiple digital transformation projects, coordinating project activities, tasks, and communications, and effective management of risks and issues. You'll work closely with the internal IT function to translate business and operational requirements, ensuring seamless project delivery within scope, budget, time, and quality requirements.
