Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with passion: Provide timely advice and recommendations to clients via various channels.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role with exposure to Employment Relations.
  • Strong working knowledge of the Fair Work Act, the Modern Awards system, National Employment Standards, and other related legislation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Build trust, actively listen, and effectively communicate verbally and non-verbally.
  • Formal qualifications in HR/IR or Law are highly regarded, but we also value working experience.
  • Full working rights.
