Employment Relations Director

At Employsure, we are seeking an experienced Employment Relations Director to lead our team of employment relations experts. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing a team of professionals who provide comprehensive HR and WHS services to small to medium businesses across Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support the wider team with expertise in employment and industrial relations
  • Conduct seminars and other marketing opportunities to promote our services
  • Identify opportunities to grow the team and the overall department
  • Collaborate with other areas of the business to achieve our goals

Requirements:

  • Prior experience running employment matters such as disciplinary action, restructures, and performance management
  • Experience managing ER/HR professionals
  • Strong understanding and working knowledge of National Employment Standards and the Australian Modern Award systems
  • Developed commercial acumen in a professional environment
  • Degree in HR or equivalent (Industrial Relations, Employment Law etc.)
