Employment Relations Technical Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Employment Relations Technical Expert to join our team at Employsure. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with client managers and their portfolio of existing clients to provide expert technical support and advice on employment relations matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice to clients on employment relations matters, including the Modern Award system and National Employment Standards.
  • Work with sales teams to provide complex issue advice, ensuring compliance and corrective actions.

Requirements:

  • Strong employment relations knowledge and experience in a similar role.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to explain complex problems in non-technical terms.
  • Formal qualifications in ER/HR or Law.
