At Employsure, we are seeking an experienced Employment Relations Technical Expert to join our Client Care team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our client managers to provide expert technical support on employment relations matters.

As an Employment Relations Technical Expert, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, providing advice on complex employment relations issues and identifying opportunities to protect their businesses.

We are committed to providing ongoing learning and development opportunities to ensure you stay at the forefront of employment relations practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert technical support on employment relations matters to client managers and their clients
  • Identify opportunities to protect clients' businesses and provide advice on how to mitigate risks
  • Work closely with the sales team to provide advice on complex employment relations issues and ensure compliance
Requirements:
  • Strong employment relations knowledge, including the Modern Award system and National Employment Standards
  • Employment relations case law knowledge is highly desirable but not essential
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to explain complex issues in non-technical terms
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Formal qualifications in employment relations, HR, or law
