About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Employment Relations expert to join our team at Employsure. As an ER Technical Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing expert technical support to our clients, ensuring their compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work directly with client managers and their portfolio of existing clients to provide advice on completed matters, identifying gaps and protecting their business with our service offering.
  • Provide advice to our sales teams, where their potential clients have complex issues that require your expert knowledge ensuring compliance and corrective actions.
Requirements
  • Strong employment relations knowledge, including the Modern Award system and National Employment Standards.
  • Employment Relations Case Law knowledge would be highly desirable but not essential.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to take complex problems and explain them in non-technical terms.
  • A minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Formal qualifications in ER/HR or Law.
