Organizational Development and Learning Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to design and deliver impactful learning experiences for campus, early career, and professional development in a dynamic environment.
Main Responsibilities- Craft and implement comprehensive learning programs for new hires, collaborating with internal stakeholders.
- Develop and facilitate engaging workshops and training sessions on diverse topics, such as professional growth and team collaboration.
- Create digital content and resources to support self-paced learning.
- Brief and manage the delivery of self-development and professional growth content and curriculum.
- Support the implementation and management of an integrated Learning Management System across APAC regions.
- Partner with subject matter experts to develop and execute speaker series and innovative learning experiences.
- A minimum of 5 years of direct experience in organizational development and learning roles, with at least 3 years delivering and facilitating training programs.
- Relevant Bachelor's degree required.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Experience in facilitating virtual learning sessions.
- Digital resource design and development expertise.
