
Organizational Development Specialist

Job Summary:
This is a leadership opportunity for an experienced Human Resources professional to design and implement strategies that drive employee engagement, development and retention.
Purpose of Role:
The successful candidate will lead and manage all human resource functions to provide relevant frameworks and procedures to support the effective functioning of the business. This includes building employee capability, providing advice to senior managers on operational people matters, and developing systems to ensure compliance with legislative requirements.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee experience and performance.
- Support team members in their career pathways and develop tailored professional development plans.
- Facilitate cadet programs and ensure a seamless onboarding process for new staff members.
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, performance management and off-boarding processes.
- Administer induction and onboarding processes, including IT setup for new team members.
- Coordinate staff development programs, training and mentorship activities, and team reviews.
- Update organisational charts monthly and manage the annual staff survey.
- Develop and coordinate Learning & Development activity across the business, both internal and external.
- Develop and coordinate employee-related programs, such as apprenticeships and work experience.
You'll Need:
- Strong bachelor's degree in business administration or Human Resources.
- 5+ years' experience in a People & Culture related role.
- Demonstrated ability in coordination and administration of activities and tasks.
- Understanding of local, state and national employment laws.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong understanding of People Management Systems.

- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
- Results-driven and proactive approach to meeting deadlines and objectives.
