This HR Business Partner role supports approximately 1,000 employees across multiple sites from the head office in Sydney. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leaders to execute HR strategy and deliver on key people initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic and hands-on HR professional with experience in a multi-site or large-scale operational environment. They will have the ability to build strong relationships with leaders and deliver people-focused solutions.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing and implementing recruitment, retention and attraction strategies;
  • Driving employee engagement and value programs;
  • Promoting and managing training and development frameworks;
  • Ensuring compliance and best practice in physical and psychosocial safety;
  • Partnering with operational leaders to support performance, culture and workforce planning;
  • Providing strategic guidance and support on employee relations and workforce development.
