Job Description:

The role of Human Resources Manager is responsible for leading the overall direction and management of the company's human resources functions in line with company expectations and legal requirements.

Key responsibilities include planning, developing, implementing, and managing processes and procedures necessary for the smooth operation of the company. This includes learning and development initiatives for the next line of management.

As a seasoned HR/L&D professional with experience in the construction or engineering industry, you will be expected to have a solid understanding of human resources management principles and practices, as well as good working knowledge of Australian employment legislation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or an associated field.
  • HR experience within the Construction or Engineering Industry.
  • Proven understanding of human resources management processes and practices.
  • Good working knowledge of Australian Legislation and standards relating to employment law.
